I loved the Francis story. He's by far and away the most mature person of all of them. Except... what was that guy doing with a picture of himself as a young man in swimming trunks on his desk? I mean, really? The young kid cracks me up. I don't think we're supposed to believe he's actually hallucinating that. We're seeing his internal monologue, and at his age, it's a very basic ID.
