I think most people rate the episode before this more highly, thanks to that Punisher prison sequence, but I agree with you, this one just had EVERYTHING. And while The Hand is probably my least-favorite threat/villain in this show, in this episode I could at least see the potential of what they were going for with them, as that last scene in the hospital gave me chills.
