2021-11-01 08:21:40 +0000 UTCFunny coincidence: Recently the 1993 show "Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman" was re-released for streaming in HD and I rewatched the pilot which I loved. And there's an old lady at the to-be-razed-theatre and she has a very memorable voice. And then I watch this episode and think: Hey, that aunt Ginger sounds very familiar. And it's the same actress, almost 20 years later! :-)

They definitely make it look much worst then it is but it's not the safest neighborhoods either. They based it off the south side Bc it's known not to be the safest area. It just a lot worst in the show then it actually is 😅 but pretty close to being this bad for sure. Most of Chicago Isnt though(:
