i know the show relies on the kind of "shocking" "golly gee, a girl living with all those guys!" aspect but i really don't think it's that strange today. i wouldn't immediately think she was hooking up with any of them. i would be like "wow their rent must be cheap with that many people, good for them" lol

2021-09-16 15:25:23 +0000 UTCLiving in a larger city like LA or New York having roommates of other genders isn't as big a deal because nearly everyone has roommates unless they are incredibly comfortable financially or married. When one of the is an ex that would be uncomfortable, but in general having roommates of the opposite gender (or orientated towards the whichever gender you are) wouldn't make most romantic partners think twice.
