Looove this episode, it was so crazy! The only annoying thing is they never really fully talk about what Alec did. The spell didn’t make him try to kill himself, it just made him imagine Clary saying those things. Trying to jump was all him. It brought out all of their fears - Clary about her relationship with Simon, Jace about Maryse not caring about him anymore, and Alec’s fear which was literally just someone repeating his own thoughts to him. The look he gave Clary at the end was basically him saying that he genuinely believes that she has forgiven him, but he will never be able to forgive himself.
