Agreed. Pain (especially constant one) does really bad things to someone's personality, patience, etc.

He is proving time and again that he will badger everyone, patients, other doctors, etc, until they do what he discovered and what is best for the patient (excluding this episode of course).

2021-07-03 23:24:41 +0000 UTCHouse wouldnt do the things he does now every time, he dosent have his constant supply of pills. When you are addicted to something phychologically that is the effect you get. You literally act like an asshole sometimes for no reason just because you are cranky and emotional. This whole season in general puts a bright spotlight on all the bad sides of House's character. In seasons 1 and 2 we would get moments that make you think "haha oh I love House" much more often. We got whole episodes with his leg being fine and him being a loveable prankster skating for a bit... these memories have now taken the back seat and we dont get many moments like this as we are now 9 weeks in to House being in a real fucked up situation and everyone around him under immense pressure.

House isnt a good guy, but you dont even try to empathize with house in any way. not trying to be a dick just want you to try to see it from another perspective. Tritter only wants house in prison for being an arrogant drug addict he doesnt actually want to help anyone. also a side note the sandwich clearly was just to prove his allergy theory, and the psp he got from a patient a while ago he was playing on it some cool little things that make the episode better imo.

2021-06-04 07:53:56 +0000 UTCyeah its not really that we aren't supposed to like house this season its just they're really focused on his flaws this season, so its unfortunately really easy to dislike him so i 100% understand where your coming from with that.
