From what I can remember I don't think they ever confirmed why Theo could remember Stiles. But I took it as since he was underground before he was taken and the lightning is only affected above ground that is how he didn't get his memory wiped.

2022-01-18 05:06:38 +0000 UTClmao when this ep first came out on tv i was so scared watching it. it felt paranormal to me when they were in the other town. and paranormal ghost things scare me very much. also i died when it ended on that cliffhanger and you got all mad bc thatβs literally how we all felt when watching it on airπ€£ the next few episodes are so good and very sweet and emotional for some due to nostalgic memories and stuff. canβt waitttt . canβt believe youβre almost done with the show already π
