So because one year of high school spanned all of season 4 and half of season 5, they couldn't just have another Christmas episode because in the current season 5 Glee timeline, Christmas 2012 had already come and gone and it was springtime ... but of course, this episode was airing around Christmas and Glee loves their Christmas episodes. So they came up with this silly and convoluted storyline to explain why there is another Christmas episode without disrupting the timeline. For me personally, the episode was SO outrageous and so aware that it was ridiculous, that it worked for me.

2022-01-25 04:17:53 +0000 UTCAlthough most people hate this episode, I actually enjoyed it. Granted, i only watch the Santana/Kurt/Rachel stuff but i find it really fun. I'm a little biased tho because i love the dynamic of the 3 in New York.
