This episode is soo important, we are finally getting into the overall storyline, and it is important to remember as much as you can from this one going further. First thing I wanted to say, about the dollar, it was an enzyme activated by touch. When someone touched (what I assume to be something in the form of a thin powder) the dollar bill, it would pass the enzyme on the skin. And why it was a dollar bill ( a 2 dollar one to be specific) it was because it was interesting enough to catch attention, so people would actually touch it. This episode is so great. I love everything that is set in motion here. David Robert Jones is a fantastic villain. Olivia plays a key role in his plans and we still don't know the extent of it. I would love for you to make sure to keep in mind what that manifesto (bible - as Olivia referred to) said, I don't believe you mentioned it in the review. It would be important going forward.
