The brother worked as a lawyer in insurance and had just finalised a multi million insurance settlement. All the doctors had signed off on it. Taub suggested there was something more wrong just based on a quick glance, and the brother told him to leave it because it was all ok and had been checked. When Taub went to the family and told them that the kid might be sick, he went behind the back of his wifes brother who was offering him a huge job, put a huge settlement at risk, and also made it look like he was hiding medical information. Even though he wasn't hiding anything, he is now going to be investigated professionally etc. It's actually understandable he was angry, but he clearly has anger management issues so took it too far again.
