What shocked me a little when I first saw this was that ‘A’ must be so sure Dr Sullivan won’t come forward or say something. ‘A’ just gave an envelope and let the doctor just up and leave like ‘A’ isn’t worried at all. Whoever ‘A’ is is so confident Dr Sullivan won’t say anything. (I’ve made sure my words do not hint to any spoilers on who is A.)

2023-04-24 05:10:23 +0000 UTCwhen it comes to season finales or mid-season finales...this show made them EVENTS lol they were iconic, including this one. oh my gosh the previous comment!! you have me so shook at all these things i didn't even notice or pay attention to when i first saw the show and when they were revealed it really was jaw-dropping. your comment about "two can keep a secret" is just wow!! this show. it can get a bit off the rails at times (and i say that with love...mostly) but what it does well it does DAMN WELL. it's episodes like these that still leave me in shock, no matter how many times i've seen them lol

What’s iconic is that the shovel was front and center on the season 2 poster and most people didn’t think anything of it. You know… the shows literally about burying secrets. We were all gagged when we realized that they placed the MURDER WEAPON in plain sight! That’s so risky, yet so rewarding, especially since it does fit the description of a “curved, blunt edge,” as mentioned in the autopsy report. Really genius marketing! Now… who is Garrett talking to??? I honestly genuinely don’t remember. I do have an answer but it does feel a bit spoiler-y to get into, since it relies on information I’ve learned past this episode. But I don’t think it’s Jenna. The “you’re not supposed to be here” in a hushed tone doesn’t really make sense because he was expecting Jenna. Unless he was trying to put on a show to the precinct about NOT expecting her, but even that doesn’t make sense. Honestly, Toby’s a good suspect as of any. He is definitely the first one I thought of upon hearing “pretty eyes.” The only thing that gives me pause is… why would he want Spencer to break up with him? Maybe to keep her farther away from finding out the truth? But why be with her in the first place? Maybe he didn’t plan on falling for her? Much to think about! I find it interesting how this is the second time we’re seeing Alison even though she’s dead. It’s easy to forget but she did “visit” Hanna when she was in the hospital. I was always suspicious of the line “Two can only keep a secret if one of them is dead.” Because then, wouldn’t that mean Emily and Alison CAN keep a secret? Because Alison is dead? And Emily is not? This show sure knows how to mislead their audience and have them overthink every moment! Also wow that entire conversation with Jason and Peter is GOLD. My jaw was dropped the entire time, it’s SO good.
