I'm sorry to hear that about your dad. You're right - we never think about those conversations. It must have been painful as hell. I hope Michael makes it through this too. One of my fav relationships in this show is Michael's with his family (including Bobby). It was good to see them reaffirming his place with them, and I hope he'll let them be there for him. I think it's cute that Buck wanted his Xmas turkey so badly he went to his work mummy to make it happen π€£ I think it's cool that Hen and Karen are gonna look into fostering. As for Maddie...I dunno if it really would help but ig the theory of it would be that Big Bear is where she and Doug ended (in a rather violent manner) but when she left there, she still brought his ghost with her and it haunted her every day. So she had to go back there and just tell herself "I forgive myself and I'm letting you go", as a way to symbolically let go of his ghost and TRULY end the relationship. Idk if I could ever do that, either, or if it would truly help me but maybe for some people, they'd find it helpful the way Maddie did π€·πΎββοΈ I'm glad she can finally move on from Doug, though. She deserves a better, happier life.
