Missing is a great episode for Michael. I feel like all we saw before this was hot headed Michael and it's nice to see him have nuance. I don't think anyone thinks Kyle is a bad guy. He just unfortunately dated Liz when she finally was given an opportunity to finally notice Max. He also gets some great moments throughout the season. I hated how Maria treated Alex in this episode. I don't remember her rubbing me so wrong early on. She does get better eventually.
