We had a situation that o won’t go into but anyway my cousins came to live with us and we kinda had to have a shuffle, because I was the only one with a big enough room to fit another bed but at the time I was 18 and the social worker said that the boys (11&15) couldn’t be placed in the same room as me.

2024-09-14 08:13:12 +0000 UTCHonestly it’s something I’ve always been told by different adults growing up and I never fact checked myself but after looking it up online you’re right, it’s just not allowed in Foster homes once kids reach 5 years old and their different genders they can’t share.
