Oh Amy and Sheldon had multiple kisses which were shown already. :) it's officially part of their date nights. Their first kiss was on Valentines day on a train, that episode where Sheldon met another train enthusiast and completely ignored Amy haha. And at the end of episode when Sheldon excitedly listed his kiss with Amy to Leonard as one of the events of the evening, and Leonard asked if that was an equally exciting thing as all other things which happened. So it indicated that to Sheldon it also was an important and memorable moment
