Good morning moon babes! Today I wanted to share a blend with you guys that I like creating and keeping near me when I feel like the energy around me is feeling a bit overwhelming and I need to ground. I normally feel like this when going crystal shopping, touching a lot of new spiritual items, even going to thrift shops and estate sales. While it is also good to veil during these times and protect your crown your hands also absorb a BUNCH of energy through them.
This mix brought me back down to earth when I was sourcing moldavite and a bunchhh of different crystals. I was REELING for one moment, then the next felt grounded and centered again, able to think straight and keep sourcing.
This particular mix doesn't need a spell to accompany it, just spend time mixing and praying over all of the herbs and combining them with your hands in a shallow dish or in a sachet bag.
Things you’ll need:
-Camphor Tab
-Fennel.
-Lavender.
-Chamomile
-Holy Basil.
-Damiana.
-Lemon Balm.
-Valerian.
-Catnip.
-Black tourmaline
-Smokey Quartz
-2 drops of grounding oil.
If you want to turn this into a candle spell use a white, blue, or sage green candles and dress them with grounding oil and your name or the targets name on it.
You can also boil this down into a simmer pot and use on your door handles to bring in more grounding energy into your home, or put in a white or blue organza bag and take a bath in it!
