Enemy Poll for beat'em up character Pt. 2

So the majority of you guys wanted a 'small humanoid' type character to be added to the tower of bloody fight edit. I've been thinking about it and I can't really decide on who it should be with the only two characters coming to mind being garou's hokutomaru and AODK's Bobby Nelson, which is where y'all come in!

Comment below here with any suggestion on the character. I don't want to just add Bao into but something similar...but if you want to suggest him, go for it.

As far as the character requirements go, since I probably will have to code attacks and the like from scratch, the character does not have to be a pre-existing MUGEN character BUT their sprites must be readily available online.

I will post this on my tumblr too and take a few curated suggestions, but the only vote will be done with you guys.
