Rachel is quick, and she definitely has a strength advantage here. What she also has, though, is overconfidence- and she assumed Cammy would approach the fight with the same brute force. For her, the test of strength was an opportunity to show her dominance. She got a chance to show her opponent how utterly out of her depth she was.
For Cammy, it was a great chance to slip under an arm and take Rachel's back in the blink of an eye.
