I'm not super familiar with this hold but it's a really interesting one- I'm not quite sure what it does. Obviously you have a lot of room to torque the shoulders back like you would in a surfboard, but it definitely looks like it's putting a lot of pressure on the hips and thighs as well. It sure doesn't look like a good time, but it sure is a good time to look at 😉
