Against the Champ- A Quick Knee!
Added 2023-05-08 15:27:38 +0000 UTCAs the current champion of the KWA ring, a good part of Tal'naya's time is spent defending her title. She's fended off a few contenders in the past months, including her current opponent: Zaerine Grandveil.
This isn't Zaerine's first attempt to dethrone Tal. Many fervent fans of the KWA believe she's got the best chance to take the huge night elf down- her speed and flying strikes give her an advantage that most of the other girls in the circuit simply can't match. Other headliners like Arysia or Daisy have little option in their skillset but to face Tal head-on and try to outmaneuver or outmuscle her. Either of these are nearly impossible tasks once you're in her grip.
Zae, however, flies about the ring like a storm. She's never still, never giving the Darnassian a chance to lay hands on her. Zae knows that if she gets grabbed, there's a good chance the game is over. But if she can wear Tal'naya down by jumping in an out- a kick here, a flying elbow there- she might be able to stagger her enough to finish her off.
