I had my holiday break a while ago, so I will be working this new year and making sure the commercial branch production gets a good start right away in 2025.
I will update the website roadmap this week to highlight the exact production goals and milestones for this upcoming commercial phase.
For the past few days, I have been polishing the new interface system (inventory tetris) and it's pretty much ready to be tested as a standalone mechanic.
This being said, I could actually provide you a "mini dev build" within couple of days, where you could test the tetris mechanic, item sizes and some of the sorting algorithms that are related to those multi-cell inventory grids.
I will post an update related to this extra dev build within couple of days.
Year 2024 was pretty complicated because of the engine switch but I think it was definitely a right choice and that decision will help this project in multiple ways upcoming years (custom tooling, modding, zero engine costs etc.).
I'm really excited about the year 2025 and all the upcoming features, events and getting to the point when this game will bring something truly unique and replayable to the survival genre.
