I'll be thinking of this the next time a customer at work is rude or exceptionally stupid, and smile. And, well, Elf-Lady(I'm so sorry, I can never remember her name) really can't blame Inara now. You can't do THAT and expect to live. I am looking VERY forward to the next pages and any reactions to this :D
