Summer Commission form!!

Things are happening a little differently this time though, 6 slots will be open right now for patrons and then another 6 will open up when I put the post out everywhere else. I am planning to do multiple batches over the summer so if you miss out on this one no worries! It's just easier for me to do them in chunks rather than have a form sitting with a ton of forms.
I'll be deleting this post once/if all patron slots get filled. The normal opening will be on May 27th and I'll begin work around the 1st of June!
