In this panel, Milky lays into Rei rather harshly. For an 11yo girl, she is very mature and smart. Essentially, I wanted to convey that Rei and Milky are very different people when it comes to maturity.
Yes, Milky drop'd the dreaded line, that many of us transgirls have had to endure.

Don't misunderstand this cute puppy, she loves Rei, they're best friends! Milky doesn't mean to lash out at Rei. Yes, Milky is more mature than Rei, but she is still an innocent girl who has never dealt with a boy crossdressing, and with it so out of the blue like this, she is having a hard time processing it.
