Just so you know, Mikasa and Levi are distant relatives. Mikasa is from a branch family while Levi is from the main family of Ackermans, that's why he's so much stronger than her. None of the anime watchers caught that she was from a branch family so I thought I'd let you know. I already know what the Ackermans are sense I looked it up(I don't care too much about spoilers), but you should find out about it in season 4. We were supposed to learn it on ep 2 of s4 but the MAPPA cut it. I don't know if they'll tell us later so I won't tell you right now, but they *weren't* created by the royal family.
