Added 2023-10-08 22:09:30 +0000 UTCOmg you guys are incredible π I was so scared to post that last update but your kind comments and understanding made me cry (a good cry, not a bad one!). Iβve been able to tackle a couple small things in my life and I have a big appointment next week, so Iβm already feeling a bit better, and you guys gave me a HUGE boost of positive energy!! ^^ Its only this past year that Iβve started to really focus on fixing all of my health problems, and its been a really difficult road and I have this constant guilt about it, as though Iβm making βexcusesβ or being lazy. Which is a really unhealthy way of thinking and Iβm trying to change my mindset as well, but thatβs another process unto itself.
