$750 Goal Poll

Hi all!

I just realized I hit a pretty big goal on the page!  I really, really, really appreciate the support for a very new and inexperienced developer!  Thank you cannot really express well enough the joy I feel just knowing people out there are enjoying something I created!  No words can capture that feeling adequately but I say thank you anyway!  I even cherish the numerous followers of my page that are not Patrons yet as I hope to someday earn their trust too!

I'd just like to ask a quick what they call a straw poll sometimes about my goal I just met.  It has been pointed out by more than one person that it might be wiser to not just do a small upgrade of my GPU and RAM but perhaps save it a few months and just upgrade to a whole new computer with much more power.  I'm not an expert in how to find a good deal and shopping for computers, but I've been told a very strong computer for rendering is in the 2-3k range which would have the GPU called the RTX 2080ti.  It would have 11GB of video memory instead of 8.  Plus, I might then have two computers available for rendering if you can do that?   (I think you can)

So I'm asking all of you what you think?  Should I just upgrade my computer (I would upgrade it right after 0.2 I think or during the latter stages of it in June) with 8GB of video memory or should I hold it a few months (btw, I have personally not taken *a single dollar* of any Patron donation for personal purposes, it's ALL game related right now except a once a week take out meal on Sundays as a business expense as I do no interior designing that day!) and upgrade to a 2080ti computer, more likely this would be during latter stages of 0.3 or right when I get to 0.4)  I'm also tempted to not switch anything until an update is finished just to keep it simple, but am open to anything that works!
