Everything You Need to Know

How do I upgrade my subscription to the Platinum plan?
You can upgrade your subscription at any time directly on the Patreon subscription page. Just choose the Platinum plan and confirm the change. Don’t worry, the upgrade is immediate, and you'll start accessing all the benefits of the new plan right away.

What models will be included in the Legacy Bundle?
The models included in the Legacy Bundle will be announced monthly, along with the upcoming releases.

What models will be available in the Loyalty Pass?
The models in the Loyalty Pass will be revealed periodically by Tanuki Figures. Stay tuned for updates to know which models will be available.

Where will the Community Models voting take place?
The Community Models suggestions will be open to all members directly on Patreon, through the "Suggestions (Vote)" chat. Suggestions can be submitted from the 1st to the 25th of each month, and voting will take place from the 25th until the last day of the month.

Following this, we will open two exclusive polls for Platinum members: one with the most voted suggestions from the chat, and another with suggestions made by the Tanuki artists. The two winning models (one from each poll) will be developed as fullsizes and included in the Platinum Member plan in the month specified on the result date.

Notes:

• Only one full-size model will be considered. If a diorama suggestion is among the most voted, the artists will decide which model will be produced.

• The most voted suggestions will be evaluated by the artists, considering factors like complexity, project deadlines, and other criteria. Tanuki Figures reserves the right to not approve a model if it doesn't meet these criteria.

What’s included in the Welcome Pack?
You can check the available models in the Welcome Pack through this link. To download them, just be logged in to Patreon with your member account and follow the instructions to get the models.

Are the models from each plan released monthly?
Yes, the models will be made available in our Patreon store on the announced release date each month. Just be logged in to access the models included in your plan. Additionally, we will send out coupons for downloading the models on Cults and Gumroad as well.
Platinum members will also have access to the Legacy Bundle in the same way, with the models available for download.

If I need to cancel my subscription for a period, will I lose my progress in the Loyalty Pass?
No, by keeping your subscription active, you accumulate a badge each month. When you reach 3, 6, 9, and 12 months, you'll receive the model corresponding to the number of badges you've accumulated, even if you pause your subscription for a while.
