November Updates and Clarification For My Upcoming Audio!

New audio coming within the week and I have some NNN plans up my sleeve 😤😤😤 This post is mainly to explain the incident that just transpired but I want you guys to know audios are coming so the wait is over and I'm basically better voice wise!!!

CLARIFICATION FOR MY UPCOMING AUDIO
Due to recent events associated with my next audio, I'd like to make a quick explanation post to everyone.

Without spoiling the surprise, my next audio coming within the next week is a sponsored one with a lewd company I love, and the experience has been absolutely amazing. I've bought things from them multiple times the past 5 years and I'm very excited for our upcoming (and hopefully future as well) collaborations! But there's been some issues behind the scenes that I'd like to address before its release instead of dumping all this info on that particular audio.

I'm not the only ASMR/audio creator to be collabing with them. Around the same time, there was another creator collaborating as well. I was aware this creator was also collaborating due to her mentioning it in a mutual server we're in. Her audio had been posted before mine and mine was due to be posted yesterday, but when I went on her video for reference on how to format my video and description, I was not expecting to hear my entire script being used by her.

Initially, I assumed that the company gave her my script to use without permission or credit, so I made an attempt to contact said ASMRtist first and was blatantly ignored despite them being active on discord and other socials. So I contacted the company next, and they explained to me that this creator's first draft/script did not meet their expectations and the quality fell short (this was stated by the ASMRtist in mutual server a while back and also by the company). When a company has a successful campaign with creators, it is typical to show that example to other creators to show them what they enjoy/like. This company was so happy with the quality of my script that they used it as an example, and was surprised that for some reason she stole my entire script and attempted to pass it off as her own work.

They showed me email proof of them asking for her second draft, as well as them showing my script as a "reference", not for her to straight up take it. They were very apologetic, took full responsibility and offered compensation, which I feel bad about because they were just doing their job and any content creator who gets sponsored doesn't just go stealing from other creators they're collabing with. You wouldn't expect someone to just do that.

I asked them to get her to delete the video, and she privated it instead (yet didn't respond to me and still hasn't) and hasn't removed it on Patreon. Obviously I won't be sure who's seen her audio first and then mine after, or vice versa. She also has refused to respond despite my contact attempt. But instead of trying to get her to apologize and remove it on Patreon as well or credit me or whatever, I will be making it painstakingly clear that it is MY work, and I have the proof if necessary.

I don't condone harrassment and I don't like to be mean or start drama because it gives me anxiety. I like to solve problems calmly and sensibly, but since the other creator is acting like this, I unfortunately have to be put into a position where I have to stand up for myself and defend my creations. If stuff gets heated or escalates, I'll stand on it, but hopefully it doesn't get to that point. ;-;
