2021-04-02 02:40:21 +0000 UTCi think the point is not to gain access to those dark money pools, but to eventually change the party into one that isn't relying on them in the first place. mantaining the status quo isn't going to bring about necessary change. i think David's point was that this change comes from persistence, focus & strong ethical principals.
