Stress release meditation 👍

I recorded this yesterday. When I can feel a lot of tension because my day was very busy and I was under lots of pressure, I love taking a warm bath in the evening and then follow up with a little mini meditation and relax on the bed before eating my dinner. In this case, Louis was being very disruptive but I just let him and focussed on my breath, which was very calming, in the end also for him. Tulla's Contortion Kitchen - lower back flexibility in tight spaces ...

My lower back is very flexible, even in tight spaces like the dimarioknot. It also bends very well the other way in backbends but that requires extensive warm-up, whereas in frontbends that flexibility comes easy to me !
