This week was probably one of the most productive I've ever had working on these games. I managed to mostly finish the new levels and make a serious dent into the writing for demo 3 as well. At this point I think that it's almost certain that the new demo will be out this month. So that means levels 1-9 out of the 12 levels in act 1 of Netoria Tactics 2 will be done. A lot of progress was made this week. The game is playable up through level 6, with the level design and story mostly done. The camp scenes are still a work in progress though. Overall I'm happy with the pace of how things are going. Right now the game is a lot of fun to work on.

It's going to be a short one this time. I'm writing this from my phone because earlier this week my computer died. This isn't as bad as it sounds, no hardrives or files are affected by this. The first supporter version of the demo is out and I've already started to receive feedback. In the video game development process, an early demo like this is made to give a baseline vision that will be picked apart and edited often until pretty much everything has changed one way or another. Friday I released the preview build for the Carwyn Triumphant update. Next up is the test build which mainly needs to have all the levels finished for it. If you play the preview build, it just skips over them leading to some very fast, very loose pacing. But that's just a temporary thing to let people get it faster.
