Alright people, buckle in, because this status update is unfortunately about production issues. I've been hard at work at Naked Ambition and frankly, I haven't even made a dent. What's needed for .5 is frankly just too much, if I kept going at the pace I'm going it won't be out until something like late October.

It's still 8/14 for me for about half an hour, so this isn't technically late, right? Tomorrow is the release of my new side game, The Intern. That means TF Card Battle 1.0 finally comes out next week. It's been quite a road, but here we are. This week I put out the TF Card Battle 1.0 test build, did some bug fixes and minor writing on Naked Ambition, as well as got The Intern almost to completion. The Intern? What's that? That's the side project that I've almost finished. So here's the release schedule for August.

In general, the way I tend to work on these games is to have a main project or two, but also to do some small stuff on the side. A few days ago I released the last Naked Ambition .4 test build. Thanks to those who have reported bugs. The final version will be out before the end of the month, probably early next week. The last thing I'm working on is finishing the art for the Evette trainer route, making cumshots for the animations, and some last bits of writing. In finishing the Evette art, I also went back and improved some of the original art that was a bit butterfacy, like this one.

Yesterday I put out a TF Card Battle test build which contained a playable version of the new round five for 6/10 transformations. The rest will come soon, but my focus is still largely on getting out Naked Ambition .4.

This build contains playable rounds for Bimbo, Schoolgirl, Sissy, Maid, Witch, and Clubgirl. It's only available in Classic mode and Sandbox mode in this build.
To play it, choose one of the above transformations in Classic or Sandbox mode, and then on the new TF select screen, pick dual transformation. The Veiled Woman mode will be available next to the normal dual-TFs.

This is the first of two planned test builds for .4. This build contains the new council member visits, the new fall random events, and the card combiner system along with the now possible dual color personality checks.
What's missing is all the new trainer content, the Peyton the Merchant visit, and one possible planned random event. But since this update is only seven weeks along, the absence of those last few isn't notable until several playthroughs.

Random events for Naked Ambition .4 are almost done, I should have a test build out for the new council member meetings and the random events out this weekend. That leaves just the new trainer scenes. I say "just" but there's a lot of work packed in there. I have a good amount of the art done already though, so my guess is it will be a two week process.

After a lot of attempts, I think I've finally made a design I'm happy with for story mode round 5, which is the last component missing from 1.0. You unlock this round on Ascencion level 10, and it's your final challenge before beating the game. Essentially, in this round you pick up the second dual TF option you skipped in round four, leading to a triple TF round.

This week was mostly spent on writing. A lot of work goes into the council member scenes, especially now that we're further in the game and they have to have different scenes for how many affection points you have with them. TF Card Battle .99 is out and 1.0 is still underway, but with no planned release date as of now. Essentially, it will be out shortly after I finish the design problems it has. The next release will be version .36 of Naked Ambition in just a few days.
