A small, secluded cave peeks from the side of a snowswept mountain, with no hint of the heroic battle that long ago took place in its gloomy hall. Dried bones litter the floor, clutching ancient, rusty weapons and primitive armors of some barbaric tribe. Men, orcs, or undead - it is difficult to tell now what these desiccated remains once were, but how they met their fate can be read clearly in the razor-clean cuts through metal and bone on the bodies they left behind, and in the peaceful...

Well, the first iteration of this map was looking quite good before the file corrupted itself, but I think I was able to improve it on my second draft anyway. I hope you all enjoy the tomb under Barrow Hill.
The stale air seems unnaturally stifling, even for a musky old crypt such as this. Erosion has covered most of the decrepit and collapsing walls in rubble and dust, but that shouldn't have been enough to stop enterprising tomb raiders from collecting the glimmering gold urns lit...

Wow, what a crazy year it's been. I started this page on a lark a year ago because I enjoyed making maps and was lucky enough to have the tools and some experience to pursue the hobby. I found 2minutetabletop and watched his videos and felt inspired to try my hand. I thought at most I'd be able to support my roll20 subscription and maybe treat myself to some delivery on game nights when I was too busy prepping a session to cook.
Now, my life has been hugely changed, I've been able to tr...

Little good can come from exploring the ancient barrow, and the local peasantry are all to eager to spread rumors of deals made by carving one's name into the old birch tree that rests atop the hill, a pact that guarantees its maker a place in its bosom deep below. Yet for some, even a bargain such as that may be worthwhile, especially if one plans to hire a group of fools to try their luck expunging its unholy inhabitants.

The creaky piers and ramshackle huts built over this murky, lily-padded, aquamarine swamp are just as much a reflection of their inhabitants as the foreign locale they've chosen to spend their lives, creating a town based around a towering, ancient willow.
The other map I've been working on over the last week, a late bloomer in the poll I posted in December about upcoming projects, and my first "town map" style, as compared to my more closer, intimate scene maps.

Hey all, this week I have a pack of PNGs that will allow you to add a little life and flair into your city or town maps. I hope you enjoy the possibilities that these PNGs provide in concert with the Modular Buildings pack. I know I've been enjoying them!
The Adventurers and Knights packs include some extra PNGs and alternates not included in the Public pack.

The ancient elder god Xhal'hotep was dead long before humans had learned to walk on two feet, but he doesn't appear to have noticed or been much bothered by it, seducing the minds of mortals to bring them under his thrall whenever his star is at a high ebb. From the looks of this place, it's been 1,000 years since that last happened, but the Cultist's Almanac says he's due for another appearance any day now!

Hope everyone had a lovely holiday! Mine was great, and productive!
Snow lies heavy on the ground, yet despite the chilly evening air, the square dances with a warm glow, and the townsfolk keep their cheeks red with ale and fine food. What could go wrong at such an idyllic holiday festival?
Probably nothing, as it turns out, except perhaps a special box under the tree with the names of our brave adventurers, keen to rip open that greatsword-shaped package...

Hey all, a patron recently asked if I could upload the PSD file for this preview map that I made using my Modular Buildings pack, and a few quick shadows and puddles that I threw together, so I figured I would share it to my $2 patrons.
Again, nothing special as very little of it is custom, and it is almost entirely comprised of the PNGs in the kit, but hey, you might find it useful.

Hey all, I did some tinkering with the modular buildings pack I uploaded last week, and created some ruined/damaged/abandoned variants that I thought you might find useful. As with all variant pieces, this is a patron perk and you won't be charged for it.
Shrine of the Dead God is coming up next. Enjoy!

It's that time again. I've done a few Terrain Tiles updates and resource packs lately, so I'm in the mood for some setpiece maps. What do you guys want to see?

Hey everyone,
I've put together a toolkit of PNG resources for those of you that want to add some buildings into a map. The idea was to create resources that could be used to build custom buildings of varying shapes, sizes, and floor levels to suit your needs, but I also put a few pre-configured ones together for the public, just to have as a resource.
For the public, I'm giving away these configured buildings. Patrons receive the total toolkit, and $2 patrons get the PSD fi...

I've finished preparing the next installment of the Terrain Tiles series, trying to mix it up a bit and add one for the classical setting of an actual dungeon or cave system. The tiles are seamless, and should allow you to plug and play a cave map in minutes.
I'd like to expand on this in f...
