Hey guys!

It's been a few days ;-; I hope you're all doing well! First off, a real quick health update: I'm slowly on the mend, gathering up energy the more I'm able to eat every day, but it really is slow going. I'm trying not to rush through recovering and take things easy, so art will continue to be slow this month, I think. ;w; Thank you all so much for your patience as I get back into things.

Life Update from the Bramble Den - October

Hi beloved patrons! This is Bramble's wife here, sending a message for our intrepid hero! It has been a strange week in the household and, while everything is fine (phew!), it was very important to us to let you know what was going on, so any monthly scheduled changes aren't too abrupt.

The first large event has been our cat Hazel having health issues. After a couple visits we have concluded that her bad eye might be the cause, and while she is okay and taking meds, she...

T_T I keep hoarding art - and I have several WIPs going on right now too, so I'll have another sketchdump next week I think? This post we have a mix of some suggestion box stuff, some color attempts, and several silly little FFXIV doodles! In order they are:

- I got suggestion box prompts for a trans man topping a trans woman, and for more trans cloud, AND for cloud/aerith, so I combined them 💗 prob gonna color this one I think!

The One And Only pgs 14-19

I once again forgot to save WIP page versions (or rather, I did, but they're at too early a stage for me to even show anyone, eek) so you guys get to see the finished pages for this batch! Commodore Radha is led to the captain's quarters, where Marigold has prepared a nice-looking dinner for her hostage/guest? 💗 

I'm building up some behind-the-works sketches for this comic that I'll post when I have enough; just things like the room layout tests, clothing tests, stuff like that...

Hello all!! I took a whole week to pretty much entirely ditch the internet and social media, and just played FFXIV with my wife and did art. It was seriously very therapeutic lol. And we got some stuff to show from it too! Thank you all so much for your patience as I work through art struggles... this batch has the first stuff I feel actually good about in what feels like forever. ;-;

I'm going through something of an art block... it's hard to spend time on anything without getting frustrated and I feel really dissatisfied with my stuff right now. Having been through this several times before though, there's only one thing to do... and that's to keep drawing despite it. So even though I might be really disliking my stuff, I'm making myself post right now anyway! Oof.

Sketch dump!

A Final Fantasy-heavy sketchdump!! Some of you might have seen on my twitter, but today I had a TERRIFYINGLY TIMED computer crash... which completely corrupted an entire sketchbook file of mine... which I only realized after the fact I hadn't uploaded to the cloud in several days. I've been meaning to do a couple more Dorohedoro pieces! And then I colored them for practice. c: I (predictably) LOVE Noi, but I actually don't know if I have a preferred ship for her, Nikaido/Noi is so good but so is Noi/Shin...!

Sketchdump!

Another week, another sketch dump. I'm working a TON on comics right now, so these are all sketches and doodles done between page work. 💗

Tifa/Cloud/Aerith (color)

Colored up these lines from last month! Even though my wife and I finished replaying ff7, my mind is just still with them. ;-; I have a pair of friends replaying it now too and I'm vicariously living through them lol.

It's been quiet so far this month... because behind the scenes I'm working on an 8 page lesbian werewolf comic!!! $5 patrons already got a sneak peek, with any luck I'll have it finished up and posted for all patrons by the end of the month 💗

Sketchdump!

I mentioned in my last sketchdump, but I've had such a struggle to finish work lately. It's so demoralizing T_T but I keep trying! I don't have anything nice to show you guys yet (I'm slowly coloring a couple lined pics too) but hopefully for now my scraps will suffice. 💦

I've been really really struggling to sketch lately, but I had something of a breakthrough finally!! oof. We have

- Multiple Maybelle and Paisley sketches! I got a request for them cuddling in the suggestion box and I'm always ready for buns. <3 Really indulged in the tender touches in these ones lol.

- cowgirl Edith getting treated nicely by some friends?? Snuck some lactation in there! I wanna do a breeding sketch set with Edith soon too...

Marianne and Hilda (color)

I've been working slowly on this one for a while and finally sat and finished coloring it today! 🥰 I don't know I'll draw these girls in full color like this again, so I put some extra tenderness into it... I just love this pair so much, a lot of the ships from 3H really spoke to me but MariHilda might be my favorite!!

Mixed bag sketchdump!

I decided rather than post a couple sketches every couple days, I'd save up a week's worth or so and post a big bundle at a time? c: I got nervous about spamming people with updates, lol. But if you guys prefer smaller, more frequent updates please do tell me!

Blue and Slimegirl (set, lines/color)

A fun set I did over stream this week! A slime girl has been requested before from the suggestion box, and it was natural to combine her with Blue... little was our slime aware that Blue is a shapeshifter of her own kind!

My Aerti kick continues with a rare colored SFW piece!! it's a miracle! I'm still practicing color, I know my coloring is so different from piece to piece... I think for the rest of this year if I can I might really try to focus on coloring more work. c: Hopefully I can get more consistent.

- a couple of lined Aerith/Tifa pics!  I think one or both will probably get colored? My wife finished playing through FF7R, we ended up very mixed on it, but it really nourished my aerti cravings at least. We're replaying the original now, and I'm honestly incredibly invested, so more ff7 content will be in the future c:
