personal update

Hey all.

I'm in a several-day stretch of extreme nausea and being almost completely unable to eat. I try small amounts of what I can, but even that often makes me vom. I'm deliriously tired. Luckily I saw my GI dr and we have a possible diagnosis, but it'll take time to see if I recover (and if not I'm back to an endoscopy for the next step). I'm really trying my hardest but right now I have almost scary little amount of energy.

Shura and Paris

I've never done a colored pic of these two even though they're a pair I draw constantly, so i was overdue!! Again, trying to get this coloring style down in a way I feel works well with my lines. I'm not there yet but I'm having fun experimenting.

sketchy sketchy~! I got a request from a friend for FFT generic class girls, and the idea set my mind on fire ;-; I got a LOT of inspiration and good energy while drawing these!

Since I've been ill, my ability to art has also been compromised?! Or maybe I'm just being extra critical right now, but I've been sketching a lot of things that I ended up not caring for, or they simply got swept to the side while I worked on other things, or they were just intended to be dumb doodles that never saw the light of day. ;w; Lots of 3H scribbles, and a couple Promare things. I drew this between seeing Promare last night and going to the ER this morning 🙃I feel like every time I talk about my health getting better I curse myself... but I have MORE new prescriptions so here's hoping one of these will fix my janky-ass body...

Anyway, Promare was excellent and I really really loved it!! I did a few more sketches of these two to clean and show when I'm feeling less like death!

Speaking of maladies, I'm happy to say it seems like I'm on the mend. I'm not 100% better (I'm still throwing up much more often than I'd like), but it's not as debilitating as it was before. Unfortunately I have no answers on the cause yet. But here's hoping it'll keep ebbing away!! Thank you everyone for being patient with me....

Hey all!

Just wanted to give you guys a heads up it may be a touch quiet here for the first half of next month because my wife and I will be celebrating our 5-year wedding anniversary at disney with a couple of friends! We're gone for a week, so if anything, I may get to upload some  sketches when I get downtime during travel. 💕 All should be pretty normal otherwise!
