Few things changed comparing to the final page, which is strange as a lot is happening & a lot is said! Still some lines did change between the written scenario, the one in my head, the actual storyboard & the final page.
Oddly the left hand in the last panel was a pain in the ass cause it had to convey the Riss' emotion at the moment, from behind, and this is, like, HARD!

Finally getting back to the closer look at a specific panel. The stages are at pretty high definition, so you get all the little details there, hehe!
This one was a tough pose & interesting break in the overall action sequence. The storyboard show I knew exactly what I wanted & by the final panel, it's pretty faithful.
I dig especially Riss' face there, and the angle he's going for. ^^

I was working on the storyboard of the NIMO comic & at some point I realized I was much too much detailing the characters at this early stage, especially when portraying them. I guess that's what you can call LOVE, haha!
