This comes as a special surprise, and even for me actually. The 2 characters you see here are actually very old characters of mine. But in a total different way, imagine more childish, all audience oriented, very colorful european comic style.

It's a comic I tried to produce, publish & make happen 3 times in my life since 1998. Yes, it looks I'm a bit stubborn, or courageous, whatever you wanna call it! And it always failed.

Serious business in this 16th page: a complex pose full length for both characters, I remember some serious struggling with the anatomy there. But it played out well!

You see the original version Vs. the no white paper leaving the black page as the background. This was the way I dealed with nightime thoughout the whole sequence. I guess that was pretty original.

A study that went a bit far than expected & I love it. It comes from a wonderful pose of a cool couple I follow on Twitter, one of their numerous shots I kept for weeks & I finally decided to explore it, using one the new characters for my comic. This one indeed, and now I'm more decided on his looks.

This Throw Back Thursday involves the sexy Riss back at the pre-production of the Nimo comic series 4 years ago, while I was discovering & learning the digital tools with Procreate on Ipad Pro.

Black solids were really interesting me back in the day, and still do to this day. I might go for a mixed new rendering for the new Nimo chapter.

A quick warming up this morning, couldn't not try this stylization on Buck, so here you go. It's such a challenge when the model is a blondie blue-eyed dude, cause you have to choose how to put black solids. It comes off harder than Eddie for this reason.
