Fitness Shows

Back in 2018-2020 Steph was really involved in fitness shows. She actually won her first bikini competition out of a group of over 50 other females. 

It gave her the motivation to continue competing, and she started personal training for clients. 

I started working for a number of athletes, making their content, managing social media, and making highlight videos.

Steph was my main effort effort though, I would document her training, her diet, and posing.

I was forced to improvise with the cloudy skies last night. I originally wanted dreamy sunset vibes with that would allow me to edit in a red forest, kinda like the photo I posted last night.

We had no sunlight however so I brought out 3 strobes to light the forest giving it a fairy-tail vibes. I told the models my vibe and vision and said I would not be directing them. Steph gracefully sat on the log, Bri graspe...

Three Elves

Today's shoot was a success in the first ever made for Patreon multi model shoot we've done.

We did two looks with Steph, Bri, and Virginia. One in the white gowns Steph made, and another full nude look. (photo and video)

It will take me some time to curate and edit a gallery, but the full gallery and video will be available November 2nd. I think you all will like this shoot.

Custom Upcoming Looks for Nov/Dec

I’ve been wanting to do an adaption of Wolverine, particularly the one portrayed in the film“Logan”. Rough, beat up, version. We got the look just have to put it together.

Also she is building a sci fi look which won’t be ready until December. Priority is the cyberpunk (pictured last) for November.

She took a nap after a job today. I’ve been editing and don’t believe in naps. They make me more tired. She’s at the gym now, but she liked what I posted on top tier today and said I could share her fantasy. (She seemed embarrassed though) so I’ll post more on that tomorrow.

A new lens came in. I sold my 24-70ii that I’ve been using for years. Finally got an RF 28-70. F2. We’ll see how it works out during this weekends set of photoshoots.

Recent Snapshots

Sometimes I ignore or don’t pay much attention to selfies she sends me or snapshots I get on my phone. After a workout she always sends me a photo and I sometimes I’m so busy I forget to respond. I get more wrapped up in the idea of her next photoshoot or character (as if she’s an actor in the movie of her life) but everynow and then I remind myself to archive the details such as photos like these.

Alien Impulse **fake knife, horror, and blood**

I could not decide what to name this shoot. Alien Impulse or Self Sabotage. Anyway, As I mentioned recreating a scene from a horror movie, this may be how it would look. I used one window light and a 50mm lens to capture the story of a parasite or some sort of alien mind control that would lead to sporadic destructive behavior.

Self Sabotage (Halloween 2022) Preview

I asked her to do something a little different today. She had work to do but she gave me an hour to do my campy horror film scene. I too had client editing I put off to do this project. 

I took a very cinematic approach as if I was a DP on a short film. 

Originally I was planning the same ole "lady in shower scene getting attacked". But for sake of time I took an even equally common plot and made it so her nervous system got taken over by an out of world parasite causing...

Rose (Top Tier)

Using the overused delicate flower analogy wasn't something I wanted to do with this theme, It just kinda happened. This shoot was posted partially before but here it is in full for the time being. 

I had gotten Steph some roses for valentines day... not something we normally do, but we wanted to do a rose photoshoot. Steph built her torn lingerie look which surprised me when she came downstairs, I was just expecting her in a black bra and bottom.

Tomorrow I’ll start editing this new series. I was really impressed with what she put together for this shoot. Unfortunately I was a little rushed today. I was coming from another job, then did this shoot, then we packed up and went to photograph a event downtown. Busy day.

Lingerie Sets

Someone sent these in for Steph yesterday. We plan on shooting with these today (photo and video), additionally we are doing a full photo and video shoot tonight with the leather bra and some fur for some sort of barbarian look. We will go to the James River for that look. I'll have some BTS and looks tomorrow on all that.

I have 2 client jobs today, an guest speaker event I am photographing, and an authors headshots. Busy day but should be fun.
