Highly competent non combat staff is in charge co-coordinating the business operations of Black Faction Operations. 

Dropping the bottom line and raising the profit margin is her sole goal. This involves complex maneuvering of assets and resources.

Admin Assistants are one of two non combat, un contracted employees. 

Admin Assistants work on a fly in fly out basis with 14 on 10 off cycle. 

Hired through a rigorous recruitment process they have a wide variety of professional backgrounds from legal, medical, engineering and information technology.

Ayla & the fate of the Case.

The conclusion of the Apex wars & the massive losses incurred largely because of Ayla. But the real cause was Jayda in fact. 

If she had just treated Ayla better, instead of trying to off her the Apex war may not have started, Black Faction would have dominated the island, Ayla would have went home everything would have been fine.

The comms Specialist

Comms specialists are standard combat units who are trained in the use of in field communication equipment. Mainly deploying and defending comms spikes. 

This was the communication specialist unit that deployed the comms spike for operation hyperion. 

The comms spike she deployed was fought over by CPD and BlackFaction forces, resulting in confusion, miscommunication and freindly fire on both sides.

The Skirm Development Unit is tasked with training existing combat stock in an effort to uplift capability. 

They venture out deep into unknown territory to an abandoned facility to carry out training drills.

Chamber Guard Multi

As you move away from the "front Line" type troops you begin to divulge into the inner-sanctum of Black Faction. At its core are people like Jayda, Mistress Serena & ofcourse the Mistress Herself. 

Aside from the Savage pursuit of money there are other potential motivations for her pursuit of Neon Dark.

As per Operations Manual they removed  the valuable items and tossed the expended units into the Azologoth.
