Tier changes

since my paypal got shut down ive been looking for an alternative way to take commissions, and after a lot of thought it looks like my only option is to rig something up with patreon.

in order to take commissions through patreon, ill have to switch to payment upon pledging, instead of on the first of the month, so if its not set to that already, it may charge you guys again. if you want to avoid that, then i would unpledge and wait to pledge again until after the 1st.
