Primal Hunter - Views (wip)

3-D artists for games companies need a solid design before they can start modeling and give a character life so I'm taking this project very personal for my portfolio, hoping that I can be hired as a concept artist for some game. Here's my progress so far :)  What do you think? 

 I also plan on giving this treatment to my future concept art projects.

My skin concept didn't make it into the voting finals, however I feel like finishing this concept art project for my portfolio. Next thing is to make the front, side and back view along some call out sketches of his attire. Here's a work in progress :)

Here it is guys! I could finish this in time last night and I submitted it already for the community contest. It was challenging creating all of this in like.. 3-4 days? But I enjoyed every moment of this project and I'm proud of the final result. Wish me luck and hopefully, this can be selected as this year's community skin and make it into the game.

Here's a sneak peek of the final artwork for my concept art project. I will be working on shading this today and I also made a change to its name so it will fit a current set of primal skins that are in the game already. 

Patrons will get the full project in high resolution, psds files and those who pledge for Warrior tier and above, a timelapse video of the drawing process of this.

Fighting/Grass Pokesona

Here's the finished artwork of my pokesona. Instead of drawing an actual pokemon, I decided to create a character with Fighting and Grass attributes since I've been told those types would suit me well. Hope you like it! :)

Bruiser Cu Chulainn from Smite. His original design wears a mustache, but I just was wondering.. how would he look like shaved? Which one do you like the most? Personally I like both.

Hi guys! I just wanted to share this sketch of my oc Xelgot that I did today. I got some comments here and there telling how attractive he is so I wanted to draw him again ^^ plus I've been in the mood of drawing traditionally, shirtless guys xD
I will clean the sketch tomorrow and also add some digital color like I did with my previous ones. Would you guys be interested in seeing more like this? Hope you like it!

On the other hand, I'm already finishing up organizing all my artwork...

It's been quite long since I touched my sketchbook and went for traditional art sooooo here are some colored pencil sketches of my boys. They're shirtless because heat is hitting really hard already where I live xD I hope you like it!

Light/Color study

Here's a light and color study that I did using my oc Leif as model and taking reference from a painting from Michael Malm. During this study, I tried not to use the eyedropper tool, so I can train my eyes and try to understand better how the color and illumination works. I want to make more like this. Hope you like it^^
