Put a bit more effort into this kink drawing than I had originally intended, but I’m over-all pretty pleased with how it came out. I even put more thought into the summoning circle than I probably should have. The outer circle represents the intended demon‘s local circle of hell. In this case, that’s the 8th circle; Malebolge. Here’s a little test comic to kind of showcase the format and style of how I plan on doing future comics. Might make a couple changes here n there in future comics, but so far this has already been much more manageable for me and I’m reasonably pleased with it.

Made this because I really just wanted to play with bg colours and test out a different method of shading. It turned out looking kinda cel-shaded, and I don’t think I really like the method all that much, however, I do really like how it came out!

Soooo here’s the thing: I think Photobang is going to go on hiatus for a bit. I know I said I was gonna try and finish it up these next couple months, but it’s starting to become a chore and I didn’t wanna force myself to the point where I hate it. I’m not giving up on it, at least not at this point, but I don’t want that constant little nagging voice in the back of my mind looming over me every other day reminding me that it’s not finished.

January Illustration WIPs and Process

ITS DONE! Took much longer than I wanted it to mostly because of the challenge of making a dark character work in a dark room. It was especially difficult since the other two are much lighter in comparison, so it was kinda hard making them all look consistent and not like they’ve been copy and pasted from a totally different environment.

But it’s done and I’m pleased with the results! How about you? What do you think of Azazel’s debut art?

Gavin’s Private Practice WIPs and Process

I really like Gavin and his design and I definitely don’t draw him enough, so here’s a small effort to change that!

That being said, I think I’m getting better at shading/rendering with more confidence. I know what I can ‘slack-off’ on and what areas need a little more attention to detail. Been making doing some more of the illustration type doodles a bit easier and more frequent.

But whatcha think?? Think I did my boy Gavin’s booty some justice?
