On July 31st 1993, 8 of AJW and JWP's greatest talents got together in a JWP ring for a 60-minute Iron Woman bout unlike no other -- the New Dimension 8 Queens, usually known as the Thunder Queen battle. Atari have an absolutely huge amount of arcade games in their vaults that never got released, and while they certainly haven't all been leaked for everyone to play, quite a few have. I forgot to cover Bob Backlund in Battlarts in a previous vid, so now I'm rectifying that. It's kind of a blessing as we get to cover the Battlarts B-Cup! It's another new one, and this one's appropriate for the season: We have 7 ripoffs of Ghosts 'n' Goblins/Ghouls 'n' Ghosts to look at, all playable on YOUR Amiga (whatever form that may take). I did another video covering my trip for PLAY Expo Blackpool 2024, with a few days in Manchester thrown in! This one's a bit different to previous ones that have kinda centred around pubs and bars in Manc -- here I'm looking at places like the National Football Museum, Science and Industry Museum, Affleck's and other cool things you should visit if you ever go there. Here's something that's come together quickly, and it's a proper documentary. Here, we're going fully into the world of Gottlieb -- and that's so much more than video games, it's pinball too. There's a lot of pinball, a lot of Q*bert, various corporate irritations (including the dreaded Mylstar name change) and a general story of just what sort of effect the North American crash could have. It's new wrestling vid time! So, this is the final and significantly rejigged version of a video that appeared briefly and was centred a lot more around Brock Lesnar -- I've kinda minimised that now in places where it's not necessary. Hey! Its a new vid, one that's appropriately football themed. Yep, it's a new video! And it's Top Banana, a game like no other one that I've covered. An artefact of the early 90's rave scene, an earnest and laudable environmental theme, a cute heroine...and graphics that you simply cannot fathom until you've seen them. Hey everyone. Time has unfortunately been a little against me this week, but I have been able to do this quick little something -- it's a look at the ill-fated match between Luke Gallows and The Predator in IGF, 2011. The match that made Antonio Inoki so furious that he came down to the ring and stopped it in hilarious fashion! I've watched it in full and...yeah, it's understandable -- but there's a bit more here than it just being a bad match, because the gimmicks add a whole other layer.
