Okay, from the response on the previous post, I understand this. (Thank You IS3 and Mohammed Sheekh for your responses)
Kage get 1 notification for a new chapter (which can't be disabled).
Over all, Kages get 5 notifications. Jounin get 4, Chunin get 3 and so on. This is due to updating tiers on older chapters.
So I'm thinking about doing this.
1. When I release a new chapter - All Kage will get a notification.
2. I will update the tiers for older chapters...

Found out yesterday that Patreon no longer allows goals to be put. That mechanism is only allowed for older creators now (heard that Patreon wants to remove it entirely).
