Thanks for the feedback in the previous post. As you read, I can't use app to post chapters due to a bug and am using Laptop.
From your responses, it looks like notification is only sent when I upload a new chapter and isn't sent when I update the tiers.
So Kage and Sage of Six Path will receive notification properly as usual.
But Jounin, Chunin, Genin and Academy Students won't get notification for a new chapter.
So until this bug is fixed...

The Patreon app currently is bugged when it comes to tiers. So I have been using Laptop for uploading chapters. Unlike the app, the laptop doesn't have a 'Send Notification' and 'Don't send Notification' options while changing the tiers.
