Steps:

2. Select Hair Object

3. Select Vertex paint on top left side of screen

4. Select color and paint

5. Switch back to object mode, select all objects and export MDL

CakeTools (For 2K22 Versions 1.02-11)

Here's the supported Caketools for older verrsions of the game before the Cak file updates. This should open everything from launch to update 1.11 as well as properly create new cak files for those particular versions. Anything past that you want to use the new version of Caketools found under our posts
