After hurting my back in May 2019, I've been unable to squat without intense pain in my lower back the next day. Thanks to my friend (and high school physics teacher) recommending a chiropractor to me during this lockdown, I'm practically pain free and can start squatting again. Only took like 5 sessions.

I’ve been in contact with the manufacturer of the external hard drive (Seagate -_-) and they have offered their services to recover the data. My father has a friend who can either fix the hard drive or recover the data pretty inexpensively but they live in Connecticut. Rush ordered a more reliable external hard drive to relocate the data and setting up a better backup system.
