I swear, every time I say I feel refreshed, I end up getting sick. Nothing crazy, just a miserable little mini cold that's not bad enough from stopping me from working from home but miserable enough to not feel great. sniffle

I'm recording a little something different tomorrow night for YT, regardless of if my voice feels better or not. Maybe we'll get a nice husky tone. LOL.

Feeling Refreshed/Refreshing

Just got home from my one week trip feeling refreshed and ready to dive into content for February. Also, I did a lot of thinking about BearBoss in general, but more specifically the Patreon, and generating more value from it. I know ideally, I'd be focused full time on writing, performing, producing and releasing content all the time, but the reality is I'm not quite there yet.

It's a start of a new year! I spent the day a little hung over (please send more Tylenol), but it gave me some time to sit and gather my thoughts about what's next for BearBoss this month!

We're going to be revisiting our favourite Himbo, Xander. We're overdue for some quality time with him, and I miss getting to play him. So I'll be writing us a fun script this month, that's going to go back into Xander's past.

It's 4:30 AM. Time to sleep.

I think it might have been kind of dumb trying out a new workflow for this month's audio. All the dialogue and such are recorded, edited and processed. Right now I'm just adding in SFX, effects and a little it of music into it. But now it's 4:30 and I really really need to get to bed. Thankfully, I have purposely blocked off the entirety of Saturday to finish this up. Can't wait to show to you.

That was a marathon!

There we have it, 88ish minutes of audio recorded today. I'll lose somewhere between 10-20% of it in editing, because boy howdy does my mouth betray me sometimes when I'm trying to record. LOL. That and the annoying guys in their too-expensive cars who like to go BRRT right outside my building.

To give you some context, the first Braden story had 51 minutes of raw audio for about 41 minutes of final, and that script weighed in at 5400 words. I feel like I could probably split this into ...

I'm about to jump in to record the Braden script. After editing, it topped out at 8575 words. That's like... a fifth of a short novel. LOL! I was on a roll. Can't wait to get this in your hands. Man, I am LOVING this story. And it's HOT.

First Draft is DONE and it's a DOOZY

So, I finished the first draft of the Braden script, and it weighs in at 7567 words. Which is about twice the length of my usual scripts. It's a total of 7 scenes, and picks right up after that fateful night with Braden in the bathroom.

I have a feeling you are all gonna love it and boy howdy is the ending something...

So here's the plan. Tomorrow (Wednesday) I edit the script and record...

November Update - It's Hockey Season
