Yep this is huge. You can see some poses repeating a bit more obviously after a while, this is a downside of using reference images to 'force' variation.

But still infinitely better than getting 10x the same pose/angle.

Also fixable by lowering controlnet strength. So not really an issue even.

So this is a perfect example. Each image in this batch came from the EXACT same prompt. I achieved a variation of poses, through giving it 6(one per image) sample poses from a preset folder.

In theory you could send me a small set of images as samples and I could generate an entire batch of a character in your preferred poses just like this. Or just let me pick them. It'd count as a single commission.

holy molyyyyyyyyyyy big improvements today. First everything crashed all the time for no reason but I fixed that somehow.

Then I got the controlnet pose variation thing working properly now, it can handle generating at least 6 different poses maybe max 8 at once.

So this was impossible I thought, because even though I have a GTX4070TI Super this would cause out-of-memory errors. So my limit was 2, only two at a time. A bit of a hassle that way..

If I'm not wrong this change to workflow will ensure no matter the character lora/training data, the results will be similarly varied as this post for example.

Before, you may have noticed sometimes some characters keep getting generated in 1-2 poses and angles with small variations. (This only happened for characters with bad lora training/data)

But.. I think this improvement solves that entirely!

There's some outfit overlap happening, unfortunately that is a hard limit of the AI's ability to separate characters and details.

Regional prompting would not really work here since they share the same space in the image, overlapping in the center. But the tech is improving fast, I have no doubt this will be solved eventually.

If anyone tells you AI gen is easy ask them if they can make a 2 person generation with the characters having sex and with both of them having different hair colors, eye colors, and even horns/no horns.

Not even to mention setting up the environment, models, samplers, extensions, and the countless parameters for these things.

Takes some serious time and effort unlike what some may think.. Just in a different technical way instead.
